The current sale conditions aim to define the modalities for distance selling between Sigrid Latex and the customer for the order, the payment and the delivery. They are required through all the necessary steps when ordering and ensure a follow-up of the order between contracting parties.
You must fully and irrevocably comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale when ordering. These latter can be subject to modifications, thus all applicable conditions are those on www.sigridlatex.com on the day the web user placed its order.
Order
The customer hereby declares being aware of and irrevocably accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order. When validating the order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Price
All the prices indicated cover VAT (including all taxes) except the delivery costs.
Sigrid Latex reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. All products will be billed based on the current rates when validating the order.
For any delivery outside the EU territory and unless otherwise indicated, custom fees and formalities are at the expense of the web user who commits to check available options for importing products in the delivery country.
Payments
The user must pay online by debit card or PayPal. You can access the invoice in your customer account on the website www.sigridlatex.com.
Secure payments
All debit card payments are secured and made by Stripe, all card numbers are disk-stored with an AES-256 encryption. Decryption keys are stored on separate devices. This online payment system is certified as a level 1 PCI service provider (the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry).
Delivery conditions and times
Available stocks or article production times define delivery periods. Sigrid Latex cannot be held responsible in the event of a delayed delivery and that, for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, the customer cannot claim any application for compensation of any nature to Sigrid Latex, except through exercizing the right of withdrawal, and in the event the product would be defective. Though, feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order. We will do our best to find a solution.
The customer must verify the state of the packaging and refuse the delivery of a damaged parcel. If you declare a damaged parcel and do not inform the transporter when you receive it, we will not exchange any product.
Should the parcel be damaged by the transporter, the customer must imperatively either refuse it if it is hand-delivered, or bring it back at last the next business day to the post office without opening it. Any damaged or opened parcel or one brought back later than the next business day to the post office is the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be exchanged.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the L221-28 article from the “droit de rétractation applicable aux contrats conclus à distance et hors établissement” (right of withdrawal related to contracts concluded remotely and off premises), and given the fact that all pieces are made on-demand and/or contain a significant part of customization, the period of revocation will not be applied on customized or tailor-made articles. The customer is therefore responsible and must truly think before any purchase.
For the standardized products resold by Sigrid Latex (such as cleaning products or standard-sized clothes), a 14-day revocation period can be applied from the day the product was delivered. During this period, the customer can return the unused product in its original packaging at its own expense. The customer will then be able to ask for a refund (excluding return fees) for the product if it meets all those conditions.
There will be no return or refund on discounted or destocked articles.
